Plan, build, verify, hand over
We start with planning: understanding the brief, the site and the constraints, then setting a programme and budget that reflect reality rather than optimism.
During construction we supervise the works closely, coordinate subcontractors and check what is built against drawings and specifications. Health and safety is managed as part of the daily routine, not as an afterthought.
At completion we snag, commission and hand over with documentation, so the client receives a finished asset rather than an open-ended job.
